Plissè stool designed for Potocco was born from the desire to make a complement that is usually a main character, starting from other pieces already in the collection. In this case, using a simple round base, the seat of the stool is embellished using tailoring techniques and playing on the combinations of different fabrics. Plissè is inspired by the world of fashion and the way a few folds allow a dress to become precious and to perfectly adapt and enhance the female body, following soft shapes but remaining essential and not altering the volumes.
Lo sgabello Plissè disegnato per Potocco nasce dalla volontà di rendere protagonista un complemento che solitamente viene declinato a partire da altri pezzi della collezione.
In questo caso, utilizzando una semplice base rotonda, la seduta dello sgabello viene impreziosita utilizzando tecniche sartoriali e giocando sugli accostamenti di tessuti differenti. Plissè si ispira al mondo della moda, a come con poche pieghe, un abito diventa prezioso e si adatta e valorizza perfettamente il corpo femminile, assecondando le forme morbide ma rimanendo essenziale e non alterandone i volumi.
